Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Pixel Morpher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Pixel Morpher provides free AI-powered image generation tools. You can submit text prompts and optional reference images to generate new images using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create images that infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity
• Generate deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content depicting real people without their consent
• Produce content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups
• Create child sexual abuse material or any content sexualizing minors
• Circumvent usage limits through technical means (multiple accounts, automated scripts, proxy rotation, etc.)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without notice.

Generated content

Images generated through Pixel Morpher are created by OpenAI's image generation models. Your rights to use generated images are subject to OpenAI's terms of use.

Per OpenAI's current terms, you may use images generated for personal and commercial purposes, subject to their policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

Your content

When you upload images or submit prompts, you represent that you have the right to use that content and that it doesn't violate these terms or any third-party rights. You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a limited license to process it through the Service (specifically, to send it to OpenAI's API for image generation).

Service availability and limits

The Service is provided free of charge with usage limits (currently 1 image per visitor and 10 images per day site-wide). We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change usage limits without notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Remove content that violates these terms

We do not guarantee the Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixel Morpher and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services including OpenAI (for image generation) and Vercel (for hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers.

Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
